Sneak Peak

Working on a mock poster for the hands-on kid's science museum back in my hometown.  The exhibit is The Sea Monsters of Alabama.  I am excited about doing something different (vector and dinosaurs) so I wanted to post a WIP.

Animal Fair- Hidden Number Illustration

I went to the animal fair

The birds and the beasts were there

the big baboon by the light of the moon

was combing his auburn hair

the monkey he got drunk

and sat on the elephant's trunk

the elephant sneezed

and fell to his knees

and that was the end of the monk.

Cat Diaries

This is my sketch for a mock article in my editorial illustration class entitled “Cat Diaries”

It is pretty funny. The article gives and example diary entry that starts out …

“Day 983 of my captivity . . . “

It goes on to describe daily life through a cat’s eyes.

alligator character design

Started with a chubbier version. Got feedback to make him thinner and have less forehead so that he looks more like a gator than a dragon.
